Shipping policy

All orders are processed in our warehouse within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer international US$10 flat rate shipping to all countries in the world with shipping times stated at checkout when you select the shipping options.  Please note it will be between 10-14 business days unless otherwise stated.  There are other insured shipping options available at checkout.  Please check the description of certain heavy or bulky items as in certain circumstances, the US$10 flat fee cannot apply due to courier surcharges

We also offer free shipping for orders over US$80 or equivalent that delivers with times stated at checkout (excluding large or bulky items where shipping costs are automatically calculated or applied as applicable)

Unless otherwise stated in the price, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kanine is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the timeframe stated at checkout for the shipping option you have selected, please contact us at cc@kanine.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
