Great quality
Exactly what we were looking for. Smart looking, cool fabric and comfortable fit for our girl. She's a 7.3kg cavapoo and wearing size S in photos. Easy to wash too. Whenever she's wearing it out and about, we've been stopped by pupperazi for photos!
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a company. Honestly, dealing with this company was more frustrating than dealing with an insurance company. I purchased a shirt from them and, when I returned it, they claimed there was a stain and tried to charge me $20 for dry-cleaning services. I strongly disputed this. I took meticulous care of the shirt and carefully wrapped it before returning it, so I was extremely surprised by their claim. What made the situation even worse was that I was responsible for the original shipping and return shipping, and after disputing the $20 charge, I spent months trying to get my money back. Ultimately, I never received the money I was owed. The entire process was exhausting and incredibly disappointing. A return should not turn into months of back-and-forth over a questionable stain charge. My advice: If you purchase from this company and end up returning anything, take detailed photos of the item before sending it back, including close-ups of the condition. Document everything and keep all correspondence. Also, I would take the reviews here with a grain of salt. Based on my experience, I would not be surprised if negative reviews are removed or moderated. I will not be purchasing from this company again. Buyer beware. Dont worry I will post this on other sites cause I know they will delete this one.
We ADORE this kit! Its so well made and fits my dog perfectly. This isnt easy with a dachshund mix! Compared to all other arsenal kits for dogs this one blows the rest out of the water. 10/10
